Lash Extensions + Lash Lifts

When arriving for a lash extension or a lash lift/tint appointment, please arrive with clean and freshly washed lashes! Avoid drinking caffeine before appointments and come in ready to relax for a self care day!

YES! Make sure you are washing your lashes every day or at least 3/4 times a week. If you wear a lot of makeup or tend to have oily skin, then we recommend you are washing your lashes everyday to avoid any build up. When washing your lashes make sure you use oil-FREE products. 

If you suspect your fill appointment may need to be switched to a full set or an extended refill, please edit your appointment online or contact the salon to make sure we have enough time to fix you up!

You must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining for a fill, otherwise you will be charged for a full set or rescheduled to a later date if more time is required. 

Lash Extensions: After you get your lashes done try and keep them dry for the first 24 hours and avoid any oil based products around your eyes. Oils will strip the adhesive which causes your lashes to shed quickly. Avoid putting mascara on your lash extensions - mascara clumps the lash extensions together and ruins your lash extensions. When wearing makeup be cautious what is in your products (avoiding oil based products), and if you use setting sprays try and avoid spraying directly on your lash extensions. Avoid sleeping directly on your face and be cautious around a open fire, opening a hot stove, and if you smoke avoid any flames from getting close to your lashes because it can cause your lashes to singe. And always make sure to clean your lashes with oil free cleanser and book your refills every 2-3 weeks!

Lash Lifts: After you get a lash lift and tint avoid getting them wet for the first 24 hours and then after that you are free to wash your lashes, put mascara on them if you want and go about your normal routine! Book for lash lifts every 5-8 weeks!

You do not NEED to come in for a patch test, but we do offer them! If you want to come in for a patch test call or text the salon and we can schedule a time for you to come in. During the patch test we can place a few classic lashes on you to see if you get a reaction within 24/48 hours. Sadly some people are allergic to lash extensions/the adhesive that is used, and sometimes people tend to get reactions months or years after getting them. If you have a allergic reaction to the lashes call or text the salon so we can remove them safely.
